Meet the Team

Luke parsons is one of Kilkenny’s leading hair stylists, with over 17 years experience in the industry. Luke started hairdressing at the tender age of 16 completing the traditional 4 year apprenticeship in just 2 years.

Luke opened his salon in friary street located just 15 metres off Kilkenny’s high street in 2019 and it has grown from strength to strength gaining 5 star status just months after its opening. In 2018 Luke upskilled and became a wig and scalp specialist and now offers this service for people suffering from hair loss.
Never resting on his laurels, Luke is constantly upskilling. Precision cutting is a firm favourite of his and he loves to shape and sculpt the hair to suit each wearer.

In Luke’s free time he enjoys walking his dogs and spending time with family and friends. Going to gigs and music festivals, and travel.

Michelle is our salon coordinator, Michelle has been with us since 2019, Michelle gets the job done yesterday and is a true leader by example, Michelle’s warm welcome to each and every client and excellent customer service, makes her an indispensable part of our team.

With a BA in Psychology & Sociology and having experience working in finance, Michelle helps in the smooth running of the salon.
In Michelle’s free time she likes to cook, do yoga, hike, travel and enjoys socialising.

Michelle joined us in 2019, a pivotal member of the team with over 17 years experience in the industry. Michelle is a top class stylist and colourist and has a great passion for precision cutting, her work is always sharp and her dedication to her clients and excellent service makes her a sought after member of team LP.

Michelle is a mammy and likes to spend time with her family and when she isn’t behind the chair, loves to travel and enjoys good food and socialising, and walking her dogs.

Joanne joined us in 2019, she is a great all rounder with a passion for colour. Joanne is a popular stylist at the salon, with over 18 years in the industry. Joanne’s warm personality and skillset is sure to give you a great experience at our salon.

In Joanne’s free time she is mammy and loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys socialising and travel.

Alicia joined us in 2019,

Alicia is one of our dynamic colour specialists, with a constant hunger for upskilling, keeping Alicia at the top of her game. Her BOHO blow-dry is a huge hit with all our clients.

Alicia’s cool demeanour makes her a huge hit with our clients. With a great eye for hair and style and what works on each client and a passion for the industry, Alicia Nolan is a name to look out for in the future.

In Alicia’s free time she likes to socialise, travel and spend time with family and friends.

Lily joined our team in 2023, a young vibrant, personality with a great hunger for learning and a love for the industry, lily is enjoying working with team LP and learning from them. She looks forward to pursuing her career in hairdressing. Lily loves to travel in her spare time and socialising with friends.
